2009 Fall Decommissioning Form Name: Desired Haul Out Date: * Note: Customer is responsible for pumping head empty/clean - if found full ORBY will get pumped with Town & customer will be charged for time/labor.* Standard Services: Pick-up Boat from ORBY or Customer's Berth Fill Fuel Tank to 95% and Add Fuel Stabilizer Haul Boat Pressure Wash Bottom, Engine, & Clean Hull with Stain Remover Rinse Boat with Fresh Water Winterize Engine (flush with freshwater, winterize engine to mfg specs, change gear oil, grease all fittings, & general inspection Winterize Boat System (head / fresh & salt water pumps, etc.) Inspect Prop for Damage / Send out for Reconditioning if Needed Remove Battery(s) for Inside Storage Remove Electronics for Inside Storage Take Down Canvas Enclosure / Lower Bimini Tops Shrink Wrap Boat (add mildew control bags/buckets where applicable) Service Mooring as Required Suggested Optional Services (Please check those desired / Quotes upon request): Perform Engine Preventative Maintenance (thermostat, pressure relief valve, water pump, spark plugs, anodes) ORBY recommends this service every other year or every 100 hours. By checking this box ORBY will service your boat based on this schedule - not necessarily every year unless otherwise requested. Remove Gear - Please specify what you would like us to remove below in the notes section and specify if you will pick it up of if you would like it stored for a fee. (all gear for pick-up must be taken in a timely manor.)
